Rebuilding the City Wall

“I lift up my eyes to the mountains—where does my help come from? My help comes from the Lord, the Maker of heaven and earth.” (Psalm 121:1-2)

Twenty six years ago when we moved into the current premises Po Lung Centre, it was a piece of barren land. God sent a stranger who was an architect to help us. He came to a corner and stood there for a long time, gazing out of the window into the mountains far away. He said: "This is the place. The recording studio is here." So, a studio with windows was built, with a cross carved on the window pane inside the studio room. Our announcer could lift up his eyes to the mountains while sitting there, asking for help from the Lord the Maker of heaven and earth.

Thank you for your heartfelt response to the change of air-conditioner in the recording studio last week. We then know that many are loving TWR HK, it is your love that encourages us to move on. Next is program production. How can it be left idle and bleak? New programs are now on the drawing board.

As a media organization, we find our support for IT (information technology) bizarrely lacking. It is like a dilapidated city wall without any guard. A desolate city, it is now sending out her Macedonia call. Please come to help us! If there are any IT professionals willing to support or join us, or any resources you may refer and render to us, please contact us or grant us. Appreciate much.

Recently, an international partner of the worldwide TWR family welcomed me back and said: “Yes, you are like Nehemiah, (it) has a lot to rebuild and it is difficult but not impossible.” Thank him for his encouragement, and may the Lord lead.
